SP13’ project director announced that LP flare of this refinery was lit. HabibGhaderi pointed out that low-pressure pilots belonged to phase 13’ flare was put into the service on Tuesday.This process was fulfilled after round-the-clock efforts of Iranian Petropayedar and Tesco companies.
Due to the launch of flare system, low pressure, mid, and high pressure flares of phase13 have been placed into the service and continuation of operation in term of process is in perfectly safe conditions.
Pointing to drinking water unit of the refinerywhichis put into operation in a few days Ghaderi said DM water production, nitrogen, firefighting water supply, steam, raw water distribution, low-, mid-, and high pressure flares have been already launched.
As scheduled, with the presence of more than 6500 skilled human forces as well as control system entrance, the first sweetening row of the phase 13 will be come to production by the sour gas phases 6-7-8 until the end of this winter.
South pars phase 13 has been designed to extract 56 million cubic meters of sour gas, daily production of 50 million cubic meters of methane, 2900 tons of liquid gas (LPG), 2750 tons of ethane, 75000 barrels of gas condensate, and 400 tons of sulfur. This project is being implemented with the consortium of MAPNA group, Iranian marine industrial company (SADRA), petro payedar Iranian company.
