While announcing 91 percent progress made in both offshore and onshore sector of the phases 22-24, the director of this plan also added that one billion cubic feet of sour gas is producing from the tank to supply winter's gas.
Describing the development process in different parts, FarhadIzadjoo stated that this plan is committed to launching half of gas production chain at the rate of 1 billion cubic feet per day until coming winter, public relations reported.
Referring to complementary operations for installing platform 22, Izadjoo said the platform 24A of this plan, which is the satellite platform for 22, will be loaded, sailed and installed in couple of weeks.
SP24A structure is the most complete gas platform in terms of pre-commissioning and commissioning complementary tests. To shorten operating time of this platform, all systems werecommissioned if they could be commissioned in onshore sector.
The progress made in the platform 24A is 97 percent including 71 percent in pre-commissioning and 25 percent in commissioning activities. These activities are predicted to last 45 day since the platform is installed on the location. Therefore the mentioned satellite platform will be operational by coming winter.
As the platform operated, the amount of sour gas produced from phases 22-24 will reach 1 billion cubic feet per day.
Based on priority, platform 23 which has now made 95 percent progress as well as the platform 24B will be sailed to their locations by the end of this Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2019) and in early spring respectively. Thus offshore facilities of these phases will be completed until the late spring 2019.
In total, the amount of progress made in platforms of the phases 22-24 is 94 percent, Izadjoo said.
Regarding to pipelines, the first 32-inch pipeline, from platforms 22 and 24A to onshore sector, has been completely accomplished. The second pipeline from 23 and 24B is underway in the sea bed. This pipeline is estimated to reach complementary stages in a month.
According to the director of phases22-24, currently two sweetening trains are under implementation which receive sour gas from the phases 6-7-8 output. These trains are supposed to receive the required sour gas from the platforms 22 and 24A in near future.
He estimated that the 3rd and 4th trains will be operational until Mid-November and Mid-February respectively.
