Sales of new BP fuel featuring ACTIVE technology start at all BP multi-purpose filling stations in Russia operated by Rosneft Oil Company. ACTIVE technology provides a high level of engine protection against deposits formation and removes existing deposits. The new BP fuel meets the highest requirements for the most advanced engines and has significant advantages for use in previous engine models.

ACTIVE fuel is a unique set of components that most effectively prevents deposits formation on the main parts of the engine and contributes to increasing fuel economy and restore engine capacity.

Even a small amount of deposits on engine parts, especially on fuel injectors and induction valves, may increase fuel consumption, decrease engine capacity and be the cause of its poor performance. A clean engine is the foundation of optimal motor vehicle performance maintenance.

The new BP fuel featuring ACTIVE technology contains millions of active molecules that prevent deposits from the very first fuelling. If used on regular basis, the BP fuel featuring ACTIVE technology prevents deposits formation that helps ensure full engine performance; can lead to an increase in the car running time per one fuel tank and reduce the risk of engine parts failure.

Over the past five years, the BP research and development team has been working to create its best fuel to prevent deposits. The BP fuel featuring ACTIVE technology has been tested with 110 different test methods. The BP fuel featuring ACTIVE technology has been tested on engines and cars for 50,000 hours, which is equivalent to more than five years of continuous vehicle operation.
