A delegation composed of officials and experts of the American oil company Chevron has been present in Algiers since September 23, 2019 to study with the officials and experts of SONATRACH, the areas of possible partnerships between the two companies.
Technical workshops were held to identify and explore the different partnership opportunities.
Following the various presentations made by the experts of SONATRACH, the Chevron delegation shows a keen interest in the potential of the Algerian mining sector.
Concrete areas have been identified, the next steps agenda and the approach to be followed have been agreed between the two companies.
