Mr. KAMEL-EDDINE CHIKHI took office on Sunday in Algiers as Chairman and CEO of the SONATRACH Group, replacing Mr. Rachid HACHICHI.
Presiding over the installation ceremony, the Minister of Energy, Mohamed ARKAB, indicated that the designation of Mr. CHIKHI "is a continuation of the process that has been undertaken at SONATRACH level".
Mr. CHIKHI, for his part addressed his thanks and expressed his gratitude to the high authorities of the State for the confidence placed in his person, by appointing him to head this large Group.
