Reaching the 500th Medium Speed PM Wind Generator Milestone

This July, we will be delivering our 500th medium-speed permanent magnet generator for wind. This special milestone PMM 1500 generator will be heading to an offshore location where the wind is plentiful.

According to Jukka Syrja, Model Factory Manager, the production teams in Lappeenranta and Vaasa have made great work developing the serial production for the PMM 1500 generators. “We have increased our capacity up to 7 machines per week. So, we are now in a very good position to meet demands for larger production volumes.”

During the way, there have been several challenges. Still, we have always been able to solve those and have been able to maintain 100% delivery accuracy.
