The Johan Sverdrup field on the Norwegian continental shelf is impacted by strike due to a breach of mediation in the negotiations between the employer organization, the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association, and the trade union Lederne. Production continues as normal for the present, as the assessment is that the field can be operated safely. Project activities are reduced due to the strike.

43 members of the trade union Lederne at Johan Sverdrup are on strike from Wednesday morning.

Agreement has been reached between the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association and the trade unions Industri Energi and Safe.
