Icon Energy Limited wishes to advise that it received notice from Non-Executive Director Howard Lu that he has decided to resign as a director of the Company, effective 30 November 2020, after nine years of service. Howard has determined that his business interests outside Australia and travelling restrictions mean that he would not be able to provide appropriate time to the affairs of Icon Energy as a Board member.

We are grateful to Howard for the contributions and insights that he has provided over the nine years of service. We wish him well for his future in relation to health and his other business interests.
