Clough is pleased to announce the award of the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) contract for the FortisBC Energy Inc. (FortisBC) Truck Loading Expansion at their Tilbury LNG Facility located in Delta, British Columbia about 28 kilometres south of downtown Vancouver.
Peter Bennett, Clough CEO and Managing Director said: “We are extremely proud to be part of this project and excited to be trusted as the EPCC partner for FortisBC. This award is a continuation of a successful relationship that was established between FortisBC and Clough approximately three years ago and aligns with our principle of making a positive impact for those in the communities in which we work and live.”
Clough has been part of this project from the front-end engineering and design phase and will take it to commissioning and start-up. The delivery of this project will generate multiple jobs and economic opportunities for our Indigenous affiliation with Musqueam Capital Corporation, and local companies across British Columbia and will be led out of Clough’s Calgary office.
Martin Siddle, EVP Clough North America said: “Our team of engineering, project management, construction and commissioning professionals bring innovative project delivery solutions to the energy sector, backed by over 100-years of global history that reinforces our ability to deliver safe and sustainable operations while maximizing project value.”
This award emphasizes Clough’s full capabilities throughout the entire project lifecycle, including our deep roots in engineering and construction execution. This project, along with other recent awards, is delivering upon Clough’s growth strategy as a trusted engineering and construction partner in North America.
