The application of the automatic generation system effectively solved a series of bottlenecks.

Production dynamic data is the basic data for natural gas production management, which is very important for the completion of annual production tasks and mastering the optimization of gas well work systems. A large amount of dynamic data is generated every day in the production process. In the past, these data were manually entered into the computer, and abnormal values ??and unstable transmission values ??needed to be manually modified, and the operation process was prone to errors. In order to improve the degree of intelligence and unlock the bottleneck of high-quality development, the fifth gas production plant established a report system research and development team, fully combined with the plant's digital front-end construction results, called a large number of on-site real-time data and returned data through mobile terminals, and realized the on-site The data generated by the electronic meters are all automatically generated, which greatly reduces the manual input and review of data by front-line employees.

"The team members have repeatedly investigated the reporting process of frontline employees. According to the manual operation process, the steps of manual judgment, manual prompting, and manual validation are omitted through computer language, avoiding problems such as repeated data entry and complicated operation procedures, and at the same time, they are optimizing data. A breakthrough has been made in retrieving the logical relationship," said Yuhong, a small research team in the factory.

Since the automatic report generation system was put into operation, the R&D team of the plant has continued to follow up the "user experience" and continuously improve the instability of the external gas transmission during the use of the grassroots employees, and the difference in the time point of automatic calculation of water and oil production data. Optimize and improve more than 12 problems, simplify the overall data retrieval, calculation and review process, reduce the number of manual entry and review data by 8129 data personnel every day, currently the system only needs to manually enter 8 data per day, and the computer fills in according to the report. The rules are evaluated and reviewed. At the same time, it has the automatic process trigger function, which realizes the automatic review and automatic submission of data at the point, without the need for post personnel to check the data submission status. It can also check the status of the on-site instrument indications, automatically prompt for unreasonable indications, reduce the workload of manual well-by-well investigation, and ensure a virtuous circle of data problems turning to automatic investigation-rectification one by one.

The application of the factory's automatic report generation system reduced the time required to fill in the report from the original 6 hours to 1.5 hours, and the system's intelligence increased from 40% to 95%. The development of the automatic report generation system has effectively reduced the workload of employees and freed them from the complicated data filling. At the same time, the system transfers the repetitive and tedious data entry, calculation, and review work to the computer to perform, reducing the possibility of human misjudgment and mis-entry, ensuring accuracy, and providing immediate and effective data support for gas well management decision making.

In the next step, combined with the development experience of this report system, our factory will continue to promote the development of gas well dynamic analysis modules, which will form a digital management process of automatic analysis-automatic dispatch-on-site implementation-result feedback-effect analysis-result evaluation, and improve the refinement of gas wells. Intelligent management level.
