Petrobras Informs about Appointment of Director by Minority Shareholders

Petrobras, in accordance with OFÍCIO-CIRCULAR / CVM / SEP / Nº01 / 2021, informs that it has received nomination from candidate Jose Joao Abdalla Filho for the company's Board of Directors, whose election will take place at the Extraordinary General Meeting of April 12, 2021.

The candidate is nominated by the shareholders FIA Dinamica Energia and Banclass FIA.

The candidate's name does not appear in the Distance Voting Bulletin provided by the Company, since his candidacy was received after the 25-day period established in article 21-L, § 1, item I of CVM Instruction 481/09.

“Jose Joao Abdalla Filho, banker, is CEO and controlling shareholder of Banco Classico SA He is also CEO of Dinâmica Energia SA, Jupem SA Participações e Empreendimentos, Navegacao Porto Morrinho SA - NPM, Agro Imobiliária Primavera SA and Socal SA Mining and Commercial and Industrial Exchange. He is a full member of the Board of Directors of Transmissora Aliança de Energia Eletrica SA - TAESA and Companhia Energetica de Minas Gerais - CEMIG in addition to an alternate member of the Board of Directors of Companhia Distribuidora de Gas do Rio de Janeiro - CEG. ”
