CNOOC and the Hainan Provincial Government signed an agreement to deepen comprehensive strategic cooperation. Before the signing ceremony, CNOOC Party Secretary and Chairman Wang Dongjin and Hainan Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Governor Feng Fei had in-depth exchanges on implementing the spirit of General Secretary Jinping’s important instructions and accelerating the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
Feng Fei welcomed the arrival of Wang Dongjin and his entourage. Feng Fei said that CNOOC has long supported the development of Hainan and played an important role in the construction of the free trade port and made great contributions. Hainan will strengthen the guarantee of various factors and provide high-quality services for the development of enterprises in Qiong. It hopes to further deepen cooperation and accelerate the construction of a free trade port.
Wang Dongjin thanked the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government for its strong support for CNOOC's business in Qiong, and introduced the development of CNOOC in recent years and the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan. He said that CNOOC and Hainan Province have a solid foundation for cooperation. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, CNOOC will resolutely implement the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and deeply integrate the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Hainan’s economic and social development. Intensify cooperation, build a comprehensive and in-depth strategic partnership, and use practical actions to contribute new and greater forces to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
Xu Keqiang, deputy secretary of the CNOOC Party Group and CEO of the Co., Ltd., and Ni Qiang, deputy governor of Hainan Province, respectively signed the agreement on deepening comprehensive strategic cooperation on behalf of the two parties.
