Tailwind announces that it has agreed to sell its entire working interest in the Conwy field to Eni UK Limited (“ENI”) with effect from 1st July 2021, subject to regulatory approvals. Conwy has had an excellent safety and production record under Tailwind ownership but now the asset fits more readily into Eni UK’s Liverpool bay operation. Tailwind holds a 100% operated interest in Conwy having acquired the asset as part of its purchase of EOG Resources UK in 2018.
