Clough is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with energy and clean-tech advisory and development firm OP Cleantech LLC (OP Energy Advisors) to develop and construct Hydrogen Gas Processing and Treatment Facilities in North America.
