Petrobras Completes $1.5B Issue in Global Bonds

Petrobras informs that today, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Petrobras Global Finance BV (PGF), it concluded the offer of bonds in the international capital market (Global Notes), in the amount of US$ 1.5 billion, through the issuance of the bonds PGF 5.50% Global Notes maturing in June 2051.

The transaction was priced on June 2, 2021, as disclosed to the market, and represented the lowest rate of return (yield) of an issue in the history of Petrobras for a 30-year bond.

The approximate demand was 6.2 times greater than the offer, with the participation of 426 investors from the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

- Coupon: 5.50% pa

- Issue price: 96.446%

- Yield to investor: 5.75% pa

- Maturity: June 10, 2051

- Date of interest payments: June 10 and December 10 of each year, beginning June 10, 2021

The net proceeds from the sale of these bonds will be used to pay the bonds validly delivered and accepted in the repurchase offer announced on June 2, 2021.
