Delek Logistics Increases Quarterly Cash Distribution to $0.94

Delek Logistics Partners, LP declared its quarterly cash distribution for the second quarter 2021 of $0.94 per common limited partner unit, or $3.76 per common limited partner unit on an annualized basis. This distribution represents a 2.2 percent increase from the distribution for the first quarter 2021 of $0.92 per common limited partner unit ($3.68 per common limited partner unit annualized) and a 4.4 percent increase over Delek Logistics' distribution for the second quarter 2020 of $0.90 per common limited partner unit ($3.60 per common limited partner unit annualized). The second quarter 2021 cash distribution is payable on August 11, 2021 to unitholders of record on August 5, 2021.

"This marks the 33rd consecutive quarterly increase in the cash distribution and demonstrates stability of the business throughout various business cycles. Nationwide product demand trends are progressively improving as the economy reopens and we expect this to support energy demand into the second half of the year," said Uzi Yemin, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Delek Logistics.
