Due to the fact that the Gazprom Group terminated its participation in Germany's GAZPROM Germania GmbH on March 31, 2022, we wish to state the following.
GAZPROM Germania GmbH and the companies controlled by it, including Gazprom Marketing & Trading Ltd., as well as their objects of investment, shall stop using the trademarks of Gazprom, including in names and corporate symbols, in order to avoid further association of their activities with the Gazprom Group.
Besides, the Gazprom Group withdrew its representatives from the management bodies of GAZPROM Germania GmbH, the companies controlled by it and their objects of investment.
