Salwa has experience working with international oil and gas enterprises, non-governmental organisations, and human resource consulting firms. She has more than 15 years of international experience, most often in human resources, recruitment, training, and business administration, as well as finance, supply chain management, and contract management. She has a BSc in computer science as well as being a CIPD Associate member, which recognises people professionals that support the implementation of people solutions and demonstrate excellence. Salwa is a qualified trainer and holds a Dale Carnegie certificate. She also holds a CIPD certificate.
Salwa comes from a multi-cultural family, and while being based mainly in North Africa, she has worked with multinational teams and environments and has experience working closely with executive expatriates from different parts of the world. She enjoys her work in OPC and admires the mixture and diversity of the team at OPC, and she believes that diversity in the workplace leads to increased productivity and creativity.
Salwa is an Arabic native speaker and is passionate in expanding her career horizons to include other parts of world, supporting OPC operations wherever required.
Salwa enjoys listening to music, reading about history and medicine, and travelling by car when she is not at work.
