China's first deep-sea floating wind power equipment "Fuyao", led by China Haizhuang, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, has officially set sail.

"Fuyao" floating platform has a total length of 72 meters, a depth of 33 meters, and a width of 80 meters. It is equipped with a 6.2MW anti-typhoon type I wind turbine of China Ocean Construction. The tower height of the unit is 78 meters, and the center height of the hub is 96 meters. The diameter of the rotor is 152 meters, the blade length is 74 meters, and the total weight of the floating body and the unit exceeds 4,000 tons.

On May 27, the towing ceremony of "Fuyao" was held in Maoming City, Guangdong Province. This milestone is of great significance for my country's offshore wind power to move towards the deep sea and help achieve the "30.60" dual carbon goal. "Fuyao" will set off for Xuwen Luodousha waters in Guangdong, and start the demonstration application stage.
