Complete Withdrawal of Trafigura's Investment in Vostok Oil

Trafigura has now sold its position in Vostok Oil after considering all of its alternatives regarding its 10% passive, non-operating stock. The non-recourse bank debt that goes along with Trafigura's ownership of Vostok Oil has been acquired by Nord Axis Limited, a free-standing trading firm with a Hong Kong registration. On July 12, 2022, the deal was finalised for an unknown sum.
