SABIC launched a four-day dedicated training session of its Leadership Program in Madinah on August 1 in the presence of Prince Saud bin Khalid Al-Faisal, Madinah Deputy Governor, and Yousef Al-Benyan, SABIC Vice Chairman and CEO, and consistent with its commitment to contribute toward the successful achievement of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in human capital development.
The session is designed for high-ranking officials from Madinah Province Governorate to benefit from SABIC's experience in developing organizational leaders in Saudi Arabia to help realize the capacity-building objectives of Vision 2030.
SABIC is drawing on its ongoing expertise in developing industry leaders at specially conducted courses at the SABIC Academy and sharing its “SABIC Leadership Way” experience that is aimed at developing a leadership strategy to build capacity and capabilities.
