Molecular Energies, the international energy company, announces that it has changed name from ' President Energy PLC ' to 'Molecular Energies PLC'.
The change of name was executed by a resolution at the general meeting held on 29 September 2022 and has been registered at Companies House and accordingly the change is now effective. The Company's TIDM has been updated to 'MEN', with the ISIN 'GB00BMT80K89' remaining unchanged.
