Stolt-Nielsen Limited announced that in order to comply with the Central Securities Depositories Regulation (CSDR), as implemented into Norwegian law through the Norwegian Central Securities Depositary Act, the legal and beneficial interest in all the company's issued common shares will, with effect from December 6, 2022, be registered with the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (Euronext VPS) as a branch register for the purposes of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda, with DNB Bank ASA as registrar. The holders of the company's common shares in Euronext VPS will be direct shareholders of the company, and not only hold the beneficial interest therein.
