As per the directives of KOC to spread knowledge and exchange experiences between various work groups in the company, Innovation and Technology Group (Gas and Innovation Directorate) organized its first knowledge sharing session with Deep Drilling Group (Drilling Directorate) to introduce the exploration and drilling project for offshore fields in Kuwait.
The introductory meeting was organized under the auspices of Mr. Hamad Al-Zaabi manager Innovation and Technology group, in the presence of Mr. Soud AlFoudari manager Drilling Engineering group and a large audience of Innovation & Technology group employees. KOC's journey to explore and drill offshore fields has been presented by Mr. Haitham Al-Mayyan TL Deep Drilling & Workover engineering team.
The subject focused on the current situation and future plans for the project, highlighting the challenges facing offshore drilling operations, and discussing ways of cooperation and exchanging experiences between the two groups.?
