On Thursday 15.12.22, IKM Group signed an agreement with FORCE Technology Norway AS to purchase 100% of the shares in FORCE Technology Inspection AS.
The company is changing its name to IKM Technology Inspection AS and will be led by Ivar Djuve.
FORCE Technology Inspection AS is a leading supplier of services to the energy market offshore and onshore. FORCE Technology Inspection AS will complement the total services IKM delivers within this segment. In addition, this transaction will strengthen IKM Group for further growth. FORCE Technology Inspection AS has specialized in the field of operational inspection.
IKM Technology Inspection AS, together with its sister companies, IKM Inspection AS, Sigma Inspection AS and IKM Solidtech, will form Norway's largest environment within Operational Inspection, NDT and Metallurgical Field Services. The companies employ approx. 300 employees.
