ATOME Energy, the only pure international green hydrogen and ammonia production company on the London Stock Exchange with current large scale projects in Europe and South America as well as hydrogen mobility projects, announces the appointment of Terje Bakken as Director for Ammonia and Fertiliser Markets* with effect from 1 February 2023 reporting to Olivier Mussat, the CEO of the Company.
Terje's appointment to a full time position follows a successful period as senior commercial advisor to ATOME. He brings significant experience to the Group with over 35 years of downstream experience in the international fertiliser and ammonia business.
Prior to joining the Company, Terje was for many years with Yara International, the leading fertiliser and chemical company latterly as Senior Vice President, Head of Supply and Trade before joining EuroChem Group, one of the world's largest fertiliser businesses, where he was Head of Marketing and Sales and a member of the Management Board and Strategy Committee.
