PHMSA Amended CAO to TC Oil Pipeline Operations

PHMSA's amended Corrective Action Order to TC Oil Pipeline Operations, Inc. following the failure of its 36-inch Keystone pipeline and a release of almost 13,000 barrels of crude oil near Washington, KS. The amendment, based on PHMSA’s safety investigation, adds corrective actions to over 1,000 additional miles of pipeline from the Canadian border to Cushing, OK and from Steele City, NE to Patoka, IL.
