NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, subject to the approval of shareholders of Rex International Holding
Limited (the “Company”) for the proposed tax exempt (one-tier) final dividend of 0.5 Singapore cents
per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (“Final Dividend”) at the annual
general meeting of the Company to be held on 28 April 2023 (the “AGM”), the Share Transfer Books
and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 9 May 2023 at 5.00 p.m., for the
purposes of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the Final Dividend.
Duly completed transfers of shares received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share
Registration Services (a division of Tricor Singapore Pte. Ltd.) of 80 Robinson Road, #11-02, Singapore
068898, up to 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2023 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to
the Final Dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited
are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2023 will be entitled to the Final Dividend.
The Final Dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid on 24 May 2023.
