Agile Sourcing Partners, Inc. (“Agile” or the “Company”), a leader in business process optimization (BPO) for utilities and the energy industry today announced the appointment of Jeff Giffen as CEO, effective April 1, 2023. A portfolio company of Post Capital Partners, Agile was founded in 2006 to support the utility sector by providing a range of critical outsourced services on a long-term contractual basis.
An operations executive with diverse experience in leading large and complex teams in the utilities industry, Mr. Giffen joins Agile from Osmose Utilities Services in Georgia, where he was Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations responsible for leading the firm’s Steel Structures Services business as well as its international business units with a focus on strategic planning to optimize the value proposition and implementing innovative solutions to maximize growth. During his 14-year tenure at Osmose, Mr. Giffen held various positions and contributed to revenue growth for several of the company’s specialized business units and product lines which included Steel Structure Services, Technical Services, and Pole Restoration. Prior to Osmose, Mr. Giffen was a Regional Engineering Manager for Hanson Pipe and Precast in Jacksonville, FL, where he was responsible for overseeing all engineering activities for the company’s Southeast Region. Before that, he held engineering and management positions at Tindall Corporation and Caldwell Tanks Inc.
