Energy China Northwest Power Construction won the bid for the general contracting project of the wind farm construction project of Guohua Investment Guohua (Chicheng) Wind Power Co., Ltd. Guohua Hebei Chicheng Wind Hydrogen Storage Multi-energy Complementary Demonstration Project.
The project is located in Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, adjacent to the east of Chicheng County, with an area of ??about 290.90 square meters, about 25 kilometers from east to west and 26 kilometers from north to south. The landform is mainly mountainous, with an altitude between 950 meters and 1450 meters. The wind farm is adjacent to the S241 provincial highway in the west and the G112 national highway in the west , so the access to the wind farm is convenient. The pre-installed capacity of the wind farm is 165 MW, and a new 220 kV substation is built to support it. The energy storage ratio is 15% , 2 hours ( 24.75 MW / 49.5 MWh), 2000 cubic meters per hour ( 0 degrees Celsius 1 standard atmospheric pressure state) hydrogen production station, it is planned to install 33 5.0 MW wind turbines with a hub height of 115 meters and an impeller diameter of 195 meters, connected to a 220 kV step-up station through a 35 kV collector line.
After the project is completed, it will not only effectively achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, protect the ecological environment and adapt to sustainable development, but also promote the high-quality development of the regional economy and achieve a double harvest of environmental and economic benefits.
