Alpine Summit Announces Notice of Lifting of Force Majeure at South Texas Operations

Alpine Summit Energy Partners, Inc. announced that it received relief of a Force Majeure notice from its major midstream partner in South Texas which began on April 13, 2023. The notice specified that conditions were restored and operations had returned to normal as of May 15, 2023. Although these matters have been resolved, the Company still expects that the downtime associated with this force majeure event will have a significant impact on the Company's Q2 2023 results.
