Harbour Energy Announces Interim Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 24 August 2023, Harbour announced an interim dividend of $100 million (12 US cents per share) for the half-year ended
30 June 2023 (the "Dividend").
The Dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 18 October 2023 to shareholders on the register on 8 September 2023 (the "Record Date"). This announcement confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the Record Date, applicable for the Dividend.
Dividend declared: 12 US cents per share
Exchange Rate (GBP/USD): 1.2473
Dividend paid in GBP Sterling: 9.6208 pence per share
A dividend re-investment plan (DRIP) is available to shareholders who would prefer to invest their dividends in the shares of the Company. The last date to elect for the DRIP in respect of the Dividend is 27 September 2023.
