Expand the crude oil processing volume and gain benefits from the total volume. The company seized the favorable opportunity of the continued rise in international crude oil prices and made every effort to increase crude oil processing capacity. While production and inventory are overall stable and under control, the crude oil processing load will be gradually increased, and the secondary processing load of efficiency-creating devices such as catalysis, continuous reforming, and residual oil hydrogenation will be increased. Taking the monitoring of 150 key parameters of 22 sets of main equipment as the starting point, we will strengthen fine production control, carry out special actions to strengthen alarm management, and form a regular inspection and quality inspection mechanism with spot inspections every week and full coverage every month. Each production unit conducts in-depth investigation of hidden dangers, pays attention to equipment maintenance, and properly responds to extreme weather such as heavy rains and lightning to ensure safe and smooth operation of the equipment. Optimize product structure and seek benefits from the market. In accordance with the principle of "when oil is suitable, oil will be produced, when fragrance is suitable, aroma will be fragrant", the integrated optimization of aromatic hydrocarbons in refining will be carried out on a rolling basis, the optimization research will be strengthened, the structure adjustment and efficiency improvement of refining and chemical products will be promoted, and the article of integrated optimization will be completed. Establish and improve daily scheduling, weekly optimization, and monthly analysis production and operation coordination and linkage mechanisms, dynamically adjust the production rhythm, and increase the production of marketable and efficient products. In response to the strong demand for refined oil products, we will increase efforts to optimize the production of petroleum, diesel, jet fuel, paraxylene and other refining chemical products. Technical research was carried out to "increase the octane number of two sets of catalytic gasoline" and "reduce the loss of gasoline octane number in the S Zorb unit", achieving stable and increased gasoline production. From January to August, gasoline production increased by 15.59% year-on-year. Actively tackle the technical problems of the alkylation unit and achieve successful start-up of the alkylation unit in one go. Expand mixed xylene resources, increase aromatic hydrocarbon production, vigorously coordinate product balance, ensure full production and full sales of products, and strive to maximize benefits. From January to August, the oil conversion rate continued to improve, achieving a better product structure and maximizing the value of products per ton of oil.
Pay close attention to reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and seek benefits from management. In terms of inventory, various departments have strengthened coordination and linkage to control the total amount of finished and semi-finished products while ensuring safe production, minimizing inventory and improving efficiency. In terms of reducing fuel and power costs, we actively explore new ideas and work hard on joint optimization of refining and chemical industry, optimization of energy structure, and optimization of fuel structure. Starting in July, the steam from the chemical system will be sent to the refining system, and the delivery volume will be dynamically adjusted to achieve efficient utilization of steam. Calculate and analyze boiler fuels such as coal, petroleum coke, dry gas, natural gas, and liquefied gas on a weekly basis, taking into account both economy and environmental protection, and adjust the fuel proportions in a timely manner. Combined with changes in fuel prices and the operating conditions of turbine-generator units, a labor competition for turbine-generator unit power generation optimization was carried out to effectively reduce costs through peak shaving and valley filling and optimized operations.
