Yumen Oilfield Laojunmiao Oil Production Plant has applied sandless fracturing technology in the treatment of difficult high-pressure under-injection wells. As of October 9, it has implemented 11 wells on site this year, with an average daily increase of Injection of 148 cubic meters helps increase production and efficiency of old oil reservoirs.
Sandless fracturing technology is a physical way to relieve plugging. In the absence of proppant, hydraulic injection not exceeding the reservoir rupture pressure is used to dredge the original seepage channel of the formation and form a micro-fracture network without changing the formation structure. , increase the void volume around the well, create fractures with conductivity, and improve the absorption capacity of the water injection well.
When implementing measures, Laojunmiao Oil Production Plant adheres to the principle of "making decisions based on results", based on the physical characteristics of different reservoirs, combined with production dynamics, previous measures and other factors, taking into account the protection of oil and gas layers, and prefers the production water of the formation for fracturing liquid. In response to the risk of sand production, technicians used sand fixation synergists to prevent sand production in the formation and extend the reaction cementation time. Under the condition of considering the starting pressure, after fracturing, the pressure needs to be diffused to the branch line pump pressure level before injection, which can effectively avoid sand production after measures. The implementation of this technology has increased the water injection volume of the reservoir, supplemented the formation energy, and provided new ideas for the management of under-injection wells.
