The reporter learned from the Dagang Oilfield CCUS-EOR demonstration area that the first domestic skid-mounted fully intelligent CCUS-EOR circulating gas injection device was installed in hole 104-1 The well debut was successful, with a total of 110,000 cubic meters of gaseous carbon dioxide reinjected and 133 tons of carbon dioxide recycled, truly achieving zero carbon emissions, marking the CCUS-EOR industry of "carbon utilization, recovery rate, carbon cycle, and carbon sequestration" The chain has achieved new technological breakthroughs.
According to scientific researchers, this device has a wide range of applications and can be flexibly deployed in a variety of recovery and reinjection scenarios such as carbon dioxide fracturing gas, single well puffing and puffing, and production system separation gas. This has formed the CCUS-EOR industry in Dagang Oilfield. The four characteristic technologies of the chain, "multi-medium full-phase injection technology, produced gas recovery and recycling technology, carbon dioxide stimulation and fracturing-based production stimulation technology, and full-process slow-release and scale-inhibition technology" have laid the foundation for promoting green development.
In order to solve the problem of increasing production and efficiency in ultra-high water content and heavy oil reservoirs, Dagang Oilfield has vigorously promoted CCUS-EOR technology since 2018, and worked with scientific researchers from Xinbin Port Petroleum Technology Group to tackle key problems and formed 18 sets of unique gas drive equipment. , more than 10 patented technologies, with an annual carbon dioxide injection capacity of 360,000 tons.
With the large-scale implementation of carbon dioxide flooding technology, part of the gas that has not been absorbed by the formation will be released to the surface as wells are opened for production. Due to the serious heterogeneity of the formation in the Dagang Oilfield and the scattered measurement areas, scattered gas recovery is faced with unstable gas sources, high operating costs, and no mature experience or technology to learn from. It is difficult to build a centralized station to solve this problem. To this end, scientific researchers have devoted themselves to research, and after nearly a year of research and development, they have successfully developed a skid-mounted fully intelligent CCUS-EOR circulating gas injection device.
The device was first used in Well Kong 104-1 in the CCUS-EOR demonstration area. It can automatically purify the gas source according to the incoming gas, adjust the operating status, and solve the problem of difficulty in recycling scattered gas. When the device is unattended on site, it can use the Internet of Things to remotely interact and monitor, and it can automatically stop in an emergency. The carbon dioxide huff and puff well can also inject all the return exhaust gas into the formation through this device. It is easy to use, low cost, and has an annual reinjection capacity of 3.3 million cubic meters.
