A number of documents for an expanded use of cutting-edge domestic technologies and equipment at Gazprom's facilities were signed today in the presence of Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, at the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum 2023.
A long-term cooperation agreement was concluded between Gazprom and Research and Production Company Micran. Micran, for the benefit of Gazprom, will start developing a multipurpose communication center for gas distribution stations (GDSs). The purpose of said communication center is to ensure automated high-speed transmission of data from the GDS facilities to the dispatch center so as to provide even more efficient dispatching control of GDSs.
A long-term cooperation agreement was signed by Gazprom and EleSy.
EleSy will develop advanced equipment for the power supply systems of the network of automated process control systems used at the facilities of Gazprom. The new equipment is to ensure that the systems are more immune to changes in power supply voltage and additionally enhance the reliability of energy supplies to gas infrastructure.
EleSy will also develop a frequency converter (a device that converts alternating current of one frequency to alternating current of another frequency) for the main electrical equipment of Gazprom's compressor stations.
Tests of the sample products manufactured by Micran and EleSy are planned to be performed at the facilities of Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk. On the basis of the results of the tests, decisions will be made as to the launch of the batch production of the equipment.
An Agreement of Intent was signed by Gazprom and ROTEC Digital Solutions (RDS).
The parties will cooperate in the creation of an automated monitoring and technical condition assessment system for the gas compressor units at the facilities of Gazprom.
A long-term cooperation agreement was concluded between Gazprom and Tomsk Vakhrushev Electromechanical Plant (TEMZ).
The parties will focus on designing and organizing the batch production of a number of high-tech products that are in high demand at Gazprom's facilities.
An Agreement of Technological Partnership was signed by Gazprom and United Engine Corporation (UEC, part of the Rostec State Corporation).
The parties will elaborate the supply and maintenance conditions for gas turbine power plants GTE-110M that use high-power engines GTD-110M, inter alia, for their use in Gazprom's power generation projects.
The companies also plan to interact in the matters related to the manufacture of blades, the key component of gas turbines which is also the hardest to manufacture. For instance, the parties will explore the opportunities for launching the production of blades for high-power gas turbine units.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Gazprom, Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk and Gazkholodte?hnika.
Pursuant to the document, Gazkholodte?hnika will master the manufacture of domestic plate-fin heat exchangers made of aluminium. They are used in cryogenic (low-temperature) natural gas processing procedures.
