Coro Energy Announces Change of Nominated Adviser and Director Shareholdings Update

Coro Energy plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio, announces that following the completion of the all-share merger between Cavendish Securities plc (previously named Cenkos Securities plc) and Cavendish Financial plc (previously named finnCap Group plc), and as a consequence of internal reorganisation within the Cavendish Group, the Company has changed its Nominated Adviser from Cavendish Securities plc to Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.

The Company also announces that James Parsons, the Company's Executive Chairman, owns 4,695,256 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital). This figure has historically been overstated by 158 ordinary shares. In addition, Mr. Parsons holds options over 82,080,979 ordinary shares.
