The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW at 10 a.m. on 15 December 2023.
Following the formal business of the AGM there will be a presentation to shareholders by the Board via the Investor Meet Company platform.
