In the recently unveiled annual Zapmap survey results, Osprey Charging has secured its place as one of the UK's top-rated charging networks for the fourth year running. The survey, which saw responses from over 4,000 EV drivers, asked for satisfaction on five fundamental criteria: Reliability, Ease-of-use, Customer Service, Value for Money, and Payment Options.

Osprey is delighted to be ranked in the top three charging networks in the UK, marking the fourth consecutive year of recognition. Impressively, Osprey's network is the largest among the top three, emphasising its extensive reach and service capabilities. The survey placed Osprey alongside Motor Fuel Group's EV Power and Fastned.
Drivers commended the network for its outstanding reliability, describing the chargers as "Great chargers" and "Easy to use." Positive feedback underscored the quality-of-service Osprey offers, indicating that it is "a model for other networks" providing a "consistently reliable and great customer experience."
