Bluefield Solar Announces Change to Director Roles and Responsibilities

Bluefield Solar, the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, is pleased to announce the establishment of a Remuneration Committee with effect from 17 November 2023. The initial membership of the Remuneration Committee shall be as follows:

Michael Gibbons (Chair), John Scott, Meriel Lenfestey and Elizabeth (Libby) Burne.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in accordance with listing rule 9.6.11.
