Getech (AIM: GTC), a world leading locator of subsurface resources, is pleased to announce the appointment of Crowe UK LLP (Crowe) as its new auditor with effect from 29 November 2023. Crowe will conduct the audit of Getech's financial statements for the financial year to 31 December 2023. The appointment of Crowe as auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company.
In accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the previous auditor, Grant Thornton UK LLP, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
