The Board of Directors of Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce the following:
(i) Change of Share Registrar
Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. will be appointed as the Company’s Share
Registrar in place of M & C Services Private Limited with effect from 7 December 2023.
(ii) Change of Place at which the Register of Members and Index is kept
Following the change of the Company’s Share Registrar, the Register of Members and Index of the
Company will be kept at Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 1 Harbourfront
