Supervisory Board to decide on succession for Patrick Lammers in the course of 2024

Prior to today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of E.ON SE and Patrick Lammers have jointly agreed not to extend the contract, which runs until 31st of July 2024.

"In recent years, Patrick Lammers has not only successfully positioned the Customer Solutions business, and in particular the end customer business in Europe, in a time of crisis, but has also noticeably increased customer satisfaction with E.ON. We would like to thank him for this," said Erich Clementi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of E.ON SE. Lammers will continue to fulfil his role as COO-C, Chief Operating Officer - Commercial, until the end of his contract term. The Supervisory Board will decide on his successor in the course of the coming year.
