Seatrium Limited (“Seatrium” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce the following transactions that occurred during the financial
period from 1 June 2023 to 31 December 2023:
A Striking off of Entities
- KSI Production (2017) Pte. Ltd. was struck off effective 7 August 2023.
- Jurong Marine Contractors Pte Ltd was struck off effective 4 September 2023.
- Northstar Investments Pte. Ltd. was struck off effective 4 September 2023.
B Amalgamation of Subsidiaries
Following the amalgamation of JPL Industries Pte Ltd (“JPLI”) and JPL Concrete
Products Pte Ltd on 29 December 2023, JPLI is the surviving amalgamated entity.
C Set up a new Investment Subsidiary
Seatrium Limited has, on 18 December 2023, incorporated a new investment subsidiary
of the Company known as Nantong Seatrium Technology and Trading Development Co.,
Ltd in the People’s Republic of China.
The incorporation of the said subsidiary is not expected to have a material impact on the
net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending
31 December 2023.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct
or indirect, in the above transaction other than through their shareholdings in the
Company.
