These are light steel framed buildings. Cold formed steel columns are erected onto concrete base. Wall panels are made of a steel frame, with insulation in the middle and Steel sheet (corrugated or plain) as external cladding and cement board, gypsum board or chipboard as internal cladding. These buildings can be 3 storeys high. A steel frame chasis can be provided if a concrete base floor is not preferred. External claddings can be cement board, steel sheets, aluminum panels, siding, or brick work. These units are fire proof.
Cement Board Panel Buildings. These are very light steel framed buildings of 1 storey, with steel columns and wall panels as cement board as external and internal cladding and Styrofoam as the insulation material.
