Antero Resources

Antero Resources was formed in 2002 by Paul M. Rady and Glen Warren following their success with Pennaco Energy. Antero is an independent exploration and production (E&P) company. Antero drills using vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling technology depending on the application. In the Marcellus and Woodford Shales, Antero drills primarily horizontal wells. In the Piceance Mesaverde Sands and Mancos Shale, Antero primarily drills vertical and directional wells.
