Kinder Morgan is one of the largest pipeline transportation and energy storage companies in North America with more than 38,000 miles of pipelines and approximately 180 terminals. The pipelines transport natural gas, refined petroleum products, crude oil, carbon dioxide (CO2) and more. Kinder Morgan also stores or handle a variety of products and materials at the terminals such as gasoline, jet fuel, ethanol, coal, petroleum coke and steel.

Kinder Morgan midstream activities are storage operator, transporter of refined petroleum products, terminal operator, transporter and marketer of CO2 in the U.S and the only oil sands pipeline serving the West Coast of Canada.
