Scope
The scope shall include design, engineering details procurement of material, delivery of equipment and materials should be (CIP Missan) supervision during commissioning & test run. of the following pumps:
1- Booster oil pumps.
2- Main oil pumps.

Oil Pumps:
1- Booster Pumps
Two centrifugal pumps, horizontal pumps type, electrical driven are required to pump crude oil from the flow tanks to proposed main pump shall operate with the following requirements:

Design code : API 610 - S8 Last Addition.
Type of pump : Horizontal BB1 Type p (no more than two stages)
No. of pumps : Two ( 1 operating + 1 standby )
Flow rate : 300 m3/hr
Discharge pressure :(8-10) bar g
Duty : Continuous 24 hours / day.
Ambient temp. : -5°c / min. 55°c / max.
Coupling type : Flexible
Seal type : Mechanical
Cooling method : by pumping liquid (crude oil)
NPSH available : 5.0 m

Pump inlet and outlet nozzles to be according to ANSI B16.5 or MSS SP44. Each pump (mechanical and electrical part) must be supplied on one mounted skid and to be supplied with all necessary measurements and their protection devices, in addition to the interconnecting pipes and flow controllers and with necessary high efficiency valves.

The booster should have a flexible operating, which means that the first booster have an ability work with first or second main pump, the second booster have this ability too.
pumps to be provided with the following valves and instruments.
· Suction line isolation valves.
· Suction line temporary strainer.
· Changeable & discharge flexible joint.
· Recycle valves (from Tank to another)
· Discharge line isolation valve
· Discharge line check valve
· Local pressure gauges & switches on section & discharge.
· Local / remote start / stop push buttons.

a- Electrical Motor: -
Three phase induction motors totally enclosed fan cooled suitable for direct starting and direct coupling with the following specifications: -

Rated voltage : 0.4 kV, 3 ph 50 hz
Protection : IP 55 / EEX – d II B T4
Amb. temp. : -5°c / min. -55?c / max
Insulation : Class F
Power factor : ? 0.9
Efficiency : 90%

Electric starter for motors should be supply with all cabling and requirements and taking into account a distance of 350 meters between boosters pump and their electric substation building, complete with all necessary accessories. Both motorized pump shall be quipped with local control panel with the following specification.

b- Control Panel
· Control panel must be plc control with touch-screen operator panel to cover, operating & protection for both booster pumps with its valves (sec., recycle & discharge on local / remote, auto & manual.
· each booster pump must be provided with RTDS on each windings & bearing on motor & pump.
· all valves provided must be motorized with Syncro pack actuator.

2 - Main Pumps:
Two centrifugal pumps, electrical driven are required to receive crude oil from the above booster pumps and delivered it into the existing (Buzurgan-Fao) 28" dia., 25 Km pipeline and with elevation 12.5m.The pump and motor to be supplied on common skid and with all necessary valves, flow control valves, piping and all accessories prefabricated to the maximum possible extent.

The pumps set shall supplied & operated with the following requirements:

The main pump should be have the ability to work on a variable pressure according to main exporting p/l (28'') (Buzurgan – Fao) for that reason the technical offer should include a variable Frequency drive.

a- Pumps
Design code : API 610 - S8 Last Addition.
Type of pumps : Horizontal BB3 (not more than five stages)
No. of pumps : Two (1 operating + 1 stand by)
Duty : continuous 24 hr /day
Flow rate : 300 m3/hr
Section pressure : discharge of booster.
Max. discharge pressure : 55 barg
Ambient temp :-5°c / min. 55 ?c max.
Pumps inlet & outlet nozzle : ANSI B 16.5
Coupling : direct flexible
Protection / measurements : pressure , temp, vibration..etc
Seal type : Mechanical
Cooling method : by manufacture design

Interconnecting piping, valves, instruments.... etc, for both pumps.

b- Electrical Motors:
Three phase induction motors totally enclosed fan suitable cooled for variable frequency driver and direct coupling with the following specifications: -

Rated voltage : According to design
Protection : IP 55/EEX –D II BT4
Amb. temp. : -5?C TO 55?C
Insulation : CLASS F.
Power factor : ? 0.9
Efficiency : 90%

The distance of 350 meters between main pump and their electric substation building. Both motor drive pump shall be equipped with local control panel.

The scope of supply shall also include all cabling and accessories and to be quoted as separate item. Cable distances are similar to that for booster pumps.

Note:
*The supplier should provide the performance curves & data sheets of booster and main pumps.

· Variable frequency driver
The bidder should provide a suitable variable frequency driver to make the pump operates with changing of the pressure in the discharge line of the proposed pump and the available voltage in the field is 11 Kv, 50 Hz. The bidder should also provide the procedure of the changing in frequency with the changing of the pump discharge line pressure.

Variable frequency driver for motors should be supplied with all the suitable cabling and requirements and taking into account a distance of 350 meters between pumps and their electric Substation building complete with all necessary accessories.

c- Electrical System
1) 11KV distribution switch gear, arc proof, indoor, metal clad enclosure with draw able (truck type), vacuum circuit breaker full protection against over load, short circuit and earth fault for outgoing with the same protection as well as under voltage protections for incomers suitable for 1500 MVA at 11KV, 3Ph, 3 wire the switch gear should be manufactured according to the latest IEC standard and shall consist of the following panels complete with internal wiring, control metering and digital microprocessor protection relays .
- Two incomer 800A, 25KA+VTS
- (One bus coupler+ bus ricer) 800A 25KA+ VTS per each section.
- Two out going C.B suitable for operating and protection (variable frequency driver of main pump).
- One out going (spare) for main pump.
- Tow out going transformer feeder.
- One out going (spare).

-Main data
Rated voltage: 11kv
Rated insulation voltage: 12kv
Rated frequency: 50hz
Auxiliary voltage: 110 V DC (for protective relays, control and spring charging motors)
Rated short time with stand current: 25KA

- Battery charger supplied by 400v and 110vdc for outgoing with NI-CD battery set medium size suitable for 45 Co ambient temp. Indoor installation with rating suitable to cover requirement of protection and control of distribution 6.6kv switch gear.

2) PMCC Switch Board
PMCC switchboard, 0.4 KV, 3Ph, 4 wire, 50 Hz, suitable for indoor use, free standing, and have protection against s/c, o/l, e/f, u/v and with all necessary protection relays and measurements and contains to be supply all electrical equipments for booster pumps, consist of the following:
a. One incomer circuit breaker.
b. Two soft starter suitable booster pump (1 operating + 1 standby).
c. Soft starter (spare).

3) Power Transformer
11/ 0.4 KV, 2MVA, 50HZ mineral oil immersed integrally filled transformer with the following specification and according to the IEC – 76 standard (indoor type).
Off-circuit tap changer on HV side: ± 2.5% ± 5%
Vector group: DYN11
Ambient temp: -5 C TO 55 C
Winding Material HV? LV: CU ? CU
Temp. Control: Protective relay D.G, P, T.2 including: -

* 1 gas detector ? low level inductor without contact
* 1 over pressure contact
* 2 thermostats for alarm and tripping
* 1 dial type thermometer without contact
* 1 dial thermometer with 2 contacts (alarm & tripping) and maximum pointer * HV and LV connection: fixed plus in connectors in side box.

4) LV Distribution switch gear: -
400V, 50Hz, 4 wire distribution switch gear indoor metal clad enclosure drew able type, moralize chargeable, air type circuit breaker, the switch gear should be manufactured according to the latest i.e.c standard and consisting full protection against short circuit and earth fault and over load for outgoing with the same protection as well as under voltage protection for incomers and digital microprocessor protection relays:
1. Tow Incomer 2000A
2. One bus Coupler 2000A
3. Two out Going C.B 1250A
4. Two out Going C.B 630A
5. Two out Going C.B 400A

- Auxiliary distribution panel, indoor 400v 3ph 4wirefixed type metal clad floor mounted and / or wall mounted fully protected against earth fault , over current and overload air circuit breaker:
- One 400 Amp incomer 4p circuit breaker.
- Two 60 Amp outging 4p circuit breaker for battery charger.
- Two 60 Amp outging 4p circuit breaker for internal lighting.
- Two 160 Amp outging 4p circuit breaker for external lighting.
- One 160 Amps 4 poles circuit breaker for air conditioning.
- Two 100 Amps 4 poles circuit breaker as spare.
- One 160 Amps 4 poles circuit breaker as spare.

5) Power Cable
Bidder should submit all power cables (11kv & 0.4 KV) C?W all accessories (terminal joints, lugs and gland). Taking into account the following:
-The distance between MVSWG and pumps area is 350 m.
-The distance between PMCC and pumps area is 350 m also.
The specification of cables should be as following: -
