Rehabilitation of Storage Tanks

Rehabilitation of #83 storage tanks, spheres & bullets for a period of six years, at the company refinery, MESAIEED. The rehabilitation brief scope of work shall include; to supply and to perform all project management, supervision, personnel services, materials, mobilization / de-mobilization, inspection and NDTs works by TPI agency, testing devices, warehousing, machinery, heavy equipment, tools/tackles, consumables, material transportation, each and every item of expense necessary for the spading, supply/erection/removal of scaffolding, supply/removal/replacement of insulation/cladding, opening up, cleaning, de-sludging, industrial cleaning, NDT testing, weld repairs, fabrication, QA/QC, hydrotest, replacement/repairs of FRT Mechanical RIM seals, profile survey, design and replacement of CP-System, replacement/patch repairs of tanks roof, bottom, shell & structure, post weld heat treatment (if required), grit blasting, painting/coating, fireproofing, civil concrete repairs, hydro-jetting services, calibration of tanks by TPI Agency, boxing up, de-spading and other miscellaneous mechanical, electrical, instrument, civil, inspection works of storage tanks, sphere and hydrogen bullets.
