Scope of Work:
Polish Oil & Gas Company (POGC) LIBYA B.V. intends to pre-qualify Supplier/Manufacturer offering Casing Floating Equipment (as per API SPEC Q1) and Centralizers (as per API SPEC 10D). This pre-qualification process is for preparation of the request to provide competitive proposals for the provision of Casing Floating Equipment and Centralizers for maximum planned (8) onshore exploration wells in Murzuq basin of Libya. The expected delivery date is February 2010.

Supplier/Manufacturer must specify the following information:

- Name & Place of the supplier/manufacturer, registration details and address,
- Details of Ownership/Corporate Organization,
- Supplier’s authorization for distributing manufacturer products.
- Routine Controls carried out during production,
- Equipment quality certificates (API SPEC Q1),
- Centralizers certificate (API SPEC 10D) valid minimum to April 2011,
- Supplier/Manufacturer most warranty the delivery of brand new Casing Floating Equipment and Centralizers produced between year 2009-2010,
- Submission of experience records in similar supplies for others Oil & Gas companies, especially for companies operating in the territory of Libya,
- Pre-qualification questionnaire is attached and need to be filled in and submitted with requested documents.

The technical data for the Casing Floating Equipment and Centralizers:
1- Guide shoe/ float shoe - Casing size 13 3/8”
2- Float collar/landing collar - Casing size 9 5/8”
3- Top/bottom plugs - Casing size 7”
4- Centralizers

The technical requirements:
1. All shoes, collars and plugs shall be easy drillable by PDC/insert bits
2. Top/bottom plugs shall be non-rotating type.
